Premium Services  Add-On
 

Premium Services is an Add-On module that includes real-time Service Comp, VIP Alerts, and Customer Engagement Profile (CEP) capabilities, which are all accessed operationally through the LAVA Operator Interface app, with settings support in the LAVA Admin Interface and, in the case of Service Comp, delivered via LAVA Consumer Interfaces.

Membership Management - Base Plan is a prerequisite for the Premium Services Add-on. Base Plan Implementation & Support apply to this Add-on.

Custom AI Models Add-On
 

LAVA’s Custom AI Models Add-on enables clients to import their own custom AI models into LAVA’s Moment Activation Center to analyze proprietary platform data, generate custom probability analyses, and deliver actionable moments. These custom models can use the platform’s real-time behavioral, transactional, and contextual signals to help predict member behavior and personalize differentiated outreach across the member’s journey. It turns first-party activity into actionable intelligence, so clients can identify risk earlier, segment audiences more precisely, and engage members with the right offer at the right moment.​ Note: LAVA’s own built-in AI models are available upon request at no cost. Add-on costs are applicable for Injection of custom third-party AI models only.

Note: These capabilities below are an example of an optional standard built-in model that is available at no cost, but which applies currently to only NFL, NHL, NBA and MLS teams. Third-party generated Custom AI Models to be imported into the LAVA platform shall have their own unique capabilities.

The Card-on-File add-on enables a seamless and secure cardless checkout experience by automatically applying member discounts, benefits, stored value, and payments with a single scan of a member pass, that securely stores a payment card. It unifies rewards and payments into one frictionless flow, driving faster throughput, higher per-cap spending, more frequent transactions, and deeper customer insights.​ Note: In addition to flat Add-On fee, per transaction fees may be applicable.

Additional Integrations
 

Additional Integrations refer to integrations between first-party data sources and the LAVA platform for individual client environments that go beyond the standard number of integrations included in the Membership Management - Base Plan. These integrations can be with systems that LAVA already maintains a pre-existing adapter with or with systems that LAVA will need to develop a new integration with. Integration builds with new systems will require joint coordination and support by clients between LAVA’s and the intended integration target’s teams. The data from these systems is integrated into the LAVA platform to expand the capabilities for generating more relevant, differentiated and real-time moments.
